Overview

For this project, I worked on implementing template functionalities for customer support agents for Battle.net's internal support tool called Atlas Case Management.

Results

My contributions included conducting research and usability testing to evaluate whether new macros and template designs meet customer support needs for efficiently responding to player inquiries.

I co-designed a template feature for the customer support dashboard to enhance workflow and streamline ticket responses, resulting in daily savings of thousands of dollars by reducing customer support ticket expenses and time spent per ticket.
